Welcome to the Burgtal hiking route.

Situated in a beautiful natural area, this easy 2.15-kilometer out-and-back trail offers hikers a serene and peaceful experience. With an elevation gain of 44 meters, this trail is suitable for hikers of all levels.

As you start your journey, you'll come across the Evangelizipfel wayside cross, a historic landmark just 0.29 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Further ahead, at the 0.68-kilometer mark, you'll find a water source, perfect for refilling your water bottle.

At the 0.98-kilometer mark, off the main trail, you'll encounter another historic wayside cross. Make sure to take a moment to appreciate the historical significance of these landmarks.

Continuing on, at the 0.99-kilometer mark, you'll find an information point where you can learn more about the area. As you approach the 1.08-kilometer mark, a viewpoint with stunning scenery awaits you. Take a break on the nearby bench and soak in the beauty of your surroundings.
