This extremely difficult hiking route takes you on a 26.73-kilometer circular journey through the stunning landscapes of the Bettelwurf Verbindungssteig C/D (2-) area. With an elevation gain of 2150 meters, this challenging hike is not for the faint of heart.
Starting your adventure, you will come across the Absamer Klettersteig (KS4-B bzw. C/D) via ferrata at the beginning of the trail. This exhilarating climbing experience will test your skills and provide you with breathtaking views along the way.
As you continue your trek, you will pass by the Hallerangerhaus alpine hut located 7.82 kilometers from the start. This is a great spot to refuel and rest before carrying on with your journey.
