This extremely difficult 15.62-kilometer circular hiking route in the area of Калафат offers breathtaking views and challenging terrain for experienced hikers. The trail starts at a parking area and follows a path that leads you to the monument Чегар, located at the beginning of the hike. As you continue on, you will reach a beautiful waterfall located 2.54 kilometers from the start, offering a refreshing stop along the way.

Around the 3.4-kilometer mark, you will come across a spring where you can refill your water supply. Further along the trail at 6.83 kilometers, there is a shelter where you can rest and have a meal before continuing your journey. As you approach the 7.71-kilometer point, you will reach the peak of Калафат, providing panoramic views of the surrounding natural beauty.

Around the midway point of the hike, at 1.9 kilometers from the start, there is a fountain where you can cool off and hydrate. Additionally, there are viewpoints along the trail that offer stunning perspectives, located at 2.26 kilometers and 108.18 meters from the start.

It is important to note that the trail has an elevation gain of 540 meters, so ensure you are well-prepared with proper hiking gear, sufficient water, and snacks.
