This hiking route will take you to the picturesque area of Rotwand. The trail is 4.384 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 281 meters, making it a moderately difficult hike. It is an out-and-back route, so you will return to the starting point after reaching the destination.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area and the Eisbar, a bar where you can grab some refreshments before hitting the trail. Just a short distance away, you will find the Sportzone parking area, where you can leave your car if needed.

Along the way, at a distance of 2.19 kilometers from the start, you will find a drinking water station, a viewpoint, a high ropes course called Hochseilgarten Kaltern, and benches where you can take a break and enjoy the views. At 1.39 kilometers from the start, there is an information point providing details about the area.

On your return journey, you can stop at the picnic sites and benches located at various points along the trail to relax and refuel.
