This challenging 4.732-kilometer circular hiking route will lead you to the stunning Col Cavalin area. Starting at the Col di Roanza parking area, you will pass by the Rifugio Col di Roanza restaurant at the beginning of the trail. Make sure to refill your water bottle at the drinking water station around the 0.84-kilometer mark.

As you continue on, you will reach the peak of Col Cavalin at 2.22 kilometers, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surroundings. Around the 1.51-kilometer mark, you may spot the Presepio artwork off the trail. Further along, at the 1.48-kilometer mark, there is a viewpoint for you to enjoy the scenic beauty of the area.

Be prepared for a steep climb as you make your way to the various viewpoints along the trail. A bench is available at the 2.22-kilometer mark for a rest stop before reaching another viewpoint at 2.15 kilometers.

This route has an elevation gain of 548 meters, so ensure you are physically prepared for this challenging hike. It is essential to bring an adequate water supply, wear appropriate hiking gear, and check the weather forecast before embarking on this journey.
