This hiking route will take you to Punta Alto, a peak with an elevation gain of 773 meters. The total distance of the hike is 14.304 kilometers, so be prepared for a challenging and extremely difficult journey that will take approximately 5 hours and 14 minutes to complete.

Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by parking spaces where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on your adventure. As you make your way along the trail, you will come across the Bar della Orologio, a bar located just 0.02 kilometers from the start where you can stop for a quick break.

Continuing on, you will reach Il Portico Trattoria Bar, a restaurant situated near the trail that offers a perfect spot for a meal or a snack. Further along the path, at approximately 7.15 kilometers from the start, you will find Punta Alto, the destination of your hike. Take in the breathtaking views from the peak before retracing your steps back to the starting point.

Given the length and elevation gain of the trail, it is important to come prepared with plenty of water, snacks, and proper hiking gear.
