This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area surrounding the Lago di Moledana in Italy. The trail starts at an elevation of 653 meters and will lead you to the Rifugio Chianova, located at an elevation of 1079 meters.

As you begin your hike, you'll pass by the Lago di Moledana, a picturesque lake just 2 kilometers away from the starting point. This will be a great spot to take in the scenery and maybe even have a picnic at the nearby picnic site, located right along the trail.

About 4 kilometers into the hike, you'll reach the Rifugio Chianova, an alpine hut where you can rest and refuel before heading back. This will be a good turnaround point for this out-and-back trail.

Along the way, you'll also come across several drinking water sources, so be sure to refill your water bottle to stay hydrated. You'll also find benches and wayside shrines where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings.

The total distance of this hike is 9.9 kilometers with an elevation gain of 478 meters. The trail is of moderate difficulty due to its length and elevation gain, so be prepared for a challenging but rewarding hike.
