This hiking route takes you through the scenic area surrounding Roche du Sapin Sec. The trail is 4.721 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 337 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike that will take approximately 1 hour and 56 minutes to complete.

As you start your hike, you will come across a beautiful fountain, Fontaine du sapin sec, which is located just 0.05 kilometers from the trailhead. Further along the trail, at 0.21 kilometers from the start, you will find another fountain and a parking area for your convenience.

As you continue on, be sure to stop by the Cascade des Molières, a stunning waterfall located 0.23 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Nearby, you'll also find the Abri Jean Gromer shelter, where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings.

Midway through the hike, at 2.09 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter the impressive Roche du Hoff, a rock formation that is worth exploring despite being slightly off the main trail.

Towards the end of the hike, at 2.36 kilometers from the start, you'll reach Roche du Sapin Sec, a viewpoint and peak that offers breathtaking views of the area. This is a perfect spot to take in the scenery before heading back.
