This moderate 6.284-kilometer circular hiking route in the scenic area of Erkalaz offers a delightful experience for outdoor enthusiasts. The trail starts with convenient parking spaces located at the beginning of the hike. As you embark on your journey, you'll come across the Lertxundi peak, located at around 1.94 kilometers from the starting point. Continuing your hike, you'll reach the Erkalaz peak, which is situated approximately 2.84 kilometers from the start and offers breathtaking views of the surroundings.

As you make your way through the trail, you'll encounter the Túmulo Koikuru archaeological site, located halfway through the hike at 0.5 kilometers from the start. It's a great spot to take a break and learn about the area's history. Further along the trail, you'll also pass by the Túmulo Zabaldikaldea Hegoalde and Túmulo Zabaldikaldea Iparralde archaeological sites, offering more insight into the region's past.
