This extremely difficult 16.425 km circular hiking route in Frauenalpl offers a challenging yet rewarding experience for hikers. The trail has an elevation gain of 1495.0 meters and is estimated to take about 7 hours and 32 minutes to complete.

Starting at the Langläufer-Parkplatz Puitbach parking area, hikers will first pass by the Alte Meilerhütte shelter at approximately 6.87 km from the start. Continuing on, the trail leads to the Dreitorspitzgatterl saddle at 6.88 km and the Meilerhütte alpine hut at the same distance. Other points of interest along the way include the Frauenalpl peak at 8.13 km, the wayside cross at 7.08 km, the Westliche Törlspitze peak at 6.87 km, and a spring at 1.9 km from the start.

Make sure to bring plenty of water and snacks, as this hike can be physically demanding. It is also advisable to check the weather forecast before starting your journey.
