As you begin your hike, you will come across Bjørndalsbroen V, an informational point located 1.47 kilometers from the start. Continue on the trail, and at the 3.76-kilometer mark, you'll find a picnic site perfect for a rest stop and enjoying some snacks.

Around the 3.82-kilometer mark, you'll reach Mariholtputten, a beautiful area with a water feature ideal for a peaceful break. Nearby, Mariholtet Sportsstue cafe beckons with its offerings, making it a great spot to refuel before continuing your trek.

While on the trail, you will also come across various informational points and additional picnic sites, providing opportunities to learn more about the area and take in the surrounding nature.
