This hiking route takes you through the picturesque area surrounding Altsanga. The trail covers a distance of approximately 4.5 kilometers with an elevation gain of 401 meters, making it a moderate difficulty level hike. It is estimated to take about 2 hours to complete.
As you start your journey, you will come across Koralhandia, an archaeological site located about 1.74 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Further along the route, at around 0.91 kilometers in, you will find a shelter for a rest stop. Parking facilities are available right at the trailhead, making it convenient for hikers to access the starting point.
Midway through your hike, at approximately 1.99 kilometers from the start, you will encounter an information point providing insights about the surroundings. As you continue on, at about 2.24 kilometers, you will reach the peak of Altsanga, offering stunning panoramic views of the area. A viewpoint is also located nearby, providing hikers with a perfect spot to pause and take in the scenery.
Additionally, there are other points of interest along the trail, such as Dolmen Argibele, an archaeological site located at the beginning of the trail, and another information point at 1.86 kilometers from the start.
