This extremely difficult 13.187-kilometer out-and-back hiking route will take you through the stunning area near Table d'orientation télécabine Bellecôte. With an elevation gain of 1195 meters, this challenging hike is not for the faint of heart.
As you start your journey, you will come across Le Chalet du Friolin, a charming restaurant located right by the trail. Further along the path, approximately 6.59 kilometers from the start, you will reach Le Chalet du Glacier, another restaurant where you can refuel and enjoy some local cuisine.
Around the 6.48-kilometer mark, you will encounter a water source, offering a refreshing break during your hike. Keep an eye out for the ruins located 2.84 kilometers from the start, adding a historical element to your adventure.
Midway through the hike, at approximately 6.59 kilometers from the start, you will find Table d'orientation télécabine Bellecôte, a scenic viewpoint where you can take in breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area.
Continuing on, you will reach Col de la Chiaupe, a natural saddle point located 4.08 kilometers from the start. As you approach the end of the trail, you will come across Panorama de Bellecote, another stunning viewpoint offering a picturesque vista.
