Welcome to the hiking route around the Contournement Ouest de Strasbourg area. This easy out-and-back trail covers a distance of 3.5 kilometers with no elevation gain, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.

As you begin your journey, you will come across the Colonne Napoléon memorial, located just 0.1 kilometers from the start of the trail. This historic site provides a great starting point for your adventure.

Along the way, you'll pass by several benches, perfect for taking a short break and enjoying the surrounding nature. These benches are located approximately 0.5 kilometers from the start of the trail.

If you're feeling thirsty, there are multiple water points conveniently situated along the route. You'll find the first water point at 0.72 kilometers, followed by three more at 1.6 kilometers, 1.75 kilometers, and 1.75 kilometers respectively.

For those looking to grab a bite to eat after the hike, there are a few restaurants nearby. "Perle d'orient" is located right at the trailhead, while "Ce cher Hans" and "Maison Rouge" can be found at 0.12 kilometers and 0.31 kilometers into the hike.
