This hiking route takes you through the beautiful surroundings of Sentier Géologique du Chenaillet. The trail is 9.119 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 654 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike.
You will start your journey at Clot parking area, where you can leave your vehicle before hitting the trail. As you make your way along the path, you will come across various points of interest. About 3.22 kilometers into the hike, you will pass by Lac de Chaussé, a serene lake perfect for a quick rest stop.

At the midway point, around the 4.56-kilometer mark, you will encounter another water source close to the trail, providing a much-needed break before continuing your trek. As you near the end of the hike, you will pass by several parking areas, including Chenaillet parking, where you can easily access the trail.
