Welcome to the hiking route to Cima Castiglione! This trail is located in a beautiful area with stunning views and varied terrain.
As you start your hike, you will come across a few points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find the Ristorante Le Due Valli, where you can enjoy a meal or grab a snack before starting your adventure. Nearby, there is also a picnic site for those looking to have a peaceful break in nature.
As you continue on, you will come across Colle Braida, a scenic saddle that offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Further along the trail, you will reach a peak called Monte Ciabergia, although it is a bit off the main trail. Near the peak, there is an archaeological site called Ara megalitica, providing a glimpse into the region's history.
Midway through the hike, you will find a picnic site where you can rest and refuel before continuing on. As you approach the endpoint of the trail, you will reach Cima Castiglione, a peak with stunning views of the area.
This route is approximately 2.5 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 104 meters, making it suitable for hikers of all levels, including beginners. Remember to bring plenty of water, wear comfortable shoes, and check the weather forecast before heading out.
