Further ahead, at 1.7 kilometers from the beginning, you can take a break at the Wasserburger Hütte, a wilderness hut offering accommodation and a chance to rest before continuing your adventure.

Midway through the hike, at 2.39 kilometers from the start, you will encounter a natural water source and a wealth of information points that offer interesting facts about the region.

At 3.2 kilometers from the start, the trail will lead you to the peak of Schortenkopf, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
