Welcome to the hiking route to Schwarzkopf! This 11.321-kilometer circular trail offers stunning views and a challenging terrain for experienced hikers.

Starting at the Weltcup-Arena parking area, you will begin your journey towards Schwarzkopf. Along the way, you will pass by various points of interest, including the Übungslift Zauchis Kinderland and the Felserhütte restaurant. These are great spots to take a break and refuel before continuing on the trail.

As you make your way through the route, you will encounter the Gamskogelhütte restaurant, located 3.45 kilometers from the start. This is a perfect place to stop and enjoy a meal with a beautiful view. Further along, at 4.56 kilometers from the start, you will find the Gamskogel viewpoint, offering panoramic vistas of the surrounding landscape.

Continuing on, you will reach the Schwarzkopf peak at 5.37 kilometers from the start. This is a great spot to capture memorable photos and take in the breathtaking scenery.

As you make your way back, be sure to stop by the Arena Alm restaurant for some delicious refreshments before heading back to the starting point.

With an elevation gain of 948 meters, this hike is considered difficult and is best suited for experienced hikers. Be sure to bring plenty of water, wear appropriate hiking gear, and check the weather forecast before embarking on this adventure.
