As you begin your hike, you'll pass by the Steinbruch parking area, where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on the trail. Along the way, you'll encounter several points of interest. About 1.15 kilometers into the hike, you'll find a natural water feature, followed by another one at 1.33 kilometers. These serene spots offer a peaceful place to rest and enjoy the surroundings.

For those interested in local history, a monument called Denkmal Lorenstrecke can be found around 0.03 kilometers from the trail. This provides a glimpse into the area's heritage and adds a cultural aspect to your hike.

As you continue on, there are benches strategically placed along the trail, perfect for taking a break and soaking in the views. Midway through the hike, you'll come across a picnic site and a shelter named Pavilon, offering an ideal spot to enjoy a packed lunch amidst nature.

Towards the end of the trail, approximately 2.6 kilometers in, you'll find a wayside cross, adding a spiritual element to your outdoor adventure. Finally, at the 2.8-kilometer mark, you'll reach your destination at Pilgerpfad.
