Welcome to the Pilgerpfad hiking route! This circular trail offers a scenic journey through lush forests and serene natural surroundings. With a total distance of 3.035 kilometers and an elevation gain of 33 meters, this hike provides a relatively easy and enjoyable outdoor experience.

As you embark on your adventure, you'll come across several points of interest along the trail. At the beginning of the hike, you'll find the Forstweiher / Schwanenweiher, a picturesque water feature located just 0.03 kilometers from the starting point. Further along, at around the 1.35 kilometer mark, you'll encounter another peaceful water area. Additionally, at 1.44 kilometers, there is another water feature to admire.

For those interested in the history and culture of the area, a visit to the Waldkapelle information center around 1.01 kilometers into the hike is a must. Here, you can learn about the rich heritage of the region. Nearby, at 0.98 kilometers, you'll find the Geschichte Waldkapelle information site, offering further insights into the area's past.

Throughout the trail, you'll also find convenient facilities such as benches for resting and enjoying the surroundings. Picnic sites and shelters provide great spots to relax and refuel during your hike. Be sure to bring plenty of water, especially on warmer days, and check the weather forecast before setting out.

As you approach the end of the hike, at around 1.16 kilometers, you'll reach another beautiful water spot before completing the circular route.
