This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Polyterasse. The trail is a super easy out-and-back route with a total distance of 0.558 kilometers and no elevation gain.
As you start your hike, you'll come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you'll find a shelter and a parking area at Zähringerplatz, where you can also find a cafe called Café Zähringer. Further along the trail, you'll pass by drinking water fountains and other dining options like Bonnie Prince Pub, Starbucks, and Gräbli-Bar.
Midway through your hike, you'll reach Polyterasse, a viewpoint where you can take in the scenic views of the surrounding area. Nearby, there are more dining options like Dieci Take-Away and Rheinfelder Bierhalle.
