Welcome to the Siete Picos - Somontano hiking route!

This circular route offers a 5.634-kilometer trek with an elevation gain of 250 meters, making it a moderate level hike. The estimated duration for the hike is approximately 1 hour and 55 minutes.

Starting off at the parking area, you will begin your journey through the beautiful natural surroundings of Somontano. As you make your way along the trail, you will come across various points of interest that add to the experience of the hike.

At just 0.12 kilometers from the start, you will find an information point where you can learn more about the area. Further along the trail, at 0.43 kilometers, a drinking water source named Fuente will provide a refreshing pitstop for hikers.

As you continue your ascent, you will encounter the Virgen de las Nieves memorial at 0.81 kilometers from the start, adding a touch of historic significance to your hike.

Midway through the route, at 2.5 kilometers from the start, you will come across a peak known as Siete Picos, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Towards the end of the hike, at 2.72 kilometers from the start, you will reach another peak, Alto del Telégrafo, and a saddle point providing a unique perspective of the area.
