Further along the trail, at 2.28 kilometers from the start, there is another opportunity to refill your water supply at a natural water source.

At a distance of 1.78 kilometers from the start, Gerzkopf, a natural peak, can be spotted off the trail. Additionally, you'll find informative points along the path such as Gerzkopf at 1.78 kilometers, various benches for resting at different points, and Bischofsmützenblick, a scenic viewpoint at 1.27 kilometers.
