This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Ruer Verda - Via Baiana. The trail is 5.126 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 341 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike. It is an out-and-back route, so you will retrace your steps on the way back.
Along the trail, you will come across several points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a parking area where you can leave your vehicle before starting the hike. About 0.19 kilometers into the hike, you will reach "Le cascate di Monticelli Brusati," a beautiful waterfall that offers a refreshing stop along the way.
As you continue on the trail, you will encounter "Colma Bassa," a peak located 2.56 kilometers from the start, making it a great spot to take in panoramic views of the surrounding area. Further along the trail, at 2.3 kilometers from the start, you will find "Colma Alta," another peak that offers stunning views.
Additionally, there are two historic wayside shrines along the trail, one located 0.26 kilometers from the start and the other 0.45 kilometers from the start. These provide a glimpse into the area's historical significance and offer a peaceful place to rest.
