This hiking route takes you to the beautiful area surrounding Monte Tuonaco. The trail is 9.385 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 412 meters, making it a challenging but rewarding hike. It is estimated to take around 3 hours and 12 minutes to complete.

Starting at the trailhead, you will come across a parking area at the beginning of the route. As you make your way along the trail, at 0.55 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Rifugio Acquaviva, an alpine hut where you can take a break and enjoy some stunning views.

Further along the trail, about 4.69 kilometers from the start, you will reach the peak of Monte Tuonaco. From here, you can marvel at the panoramic views of the surrounding area.

On your way back, at around 0.58 kilometers from the start, you will pass by the Sorgente di Acquaviva, a natural spring, and the Area Pic Nic Acquaviva, a picnic site where you can stop for a rest.
