This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area surrounding Nab Scar. The trail is 3.752 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 365 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike. It is an out-and-back route, so you will retrace your steps on the way back.

Along the trail, you will encounter various points of interest. At the beginning of the hike, you will pass by Rydal Hall Campsite and The Old School Room Tea Shop where you can grab a snack or a hot beverage. As you continue, you will come across Rydal Mount, a renowned attraction in the area. Further along the trail, you will reach Dora's Field and The Tea Room, offering scenic views and refreshments.

Midway through the hike, you can take a break at Rydal River Cafe or enjoy the peaceful surroundings at one of the benches along the trail. Towards the end of the route, you will find the Ice House and several water sources where you can rest and rehydrate.
