This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Bielsteinchaussee. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of approximately 4.8 kilometers and an elevation gain of 214 meters, making it an easy difficulty level hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find the Bahnhof Steinerne Renne train station, followed by a parking area just 0.02 kilometers away. Further along the trail, you will encounter the picturesque Wernigeröder Bürgerbrunnen picnic site and spring, located at around 1.98 kilometers from the start.

Midway through the hike, at approximately 2.39 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Chausseeklippe viewpoint and picnic site. This is a perfect spot to take a break, enjoy the views, and refuel before continuing on the trail.

Towards the end of the hike, you will pass by the Sonnenwand climbing area at around 2.03 kilometers from the start. This is a great opportunity for climbing enthusiasts to challenge themselves and enjoy the thrill of the sport.
