This hiking route is located in a challenging alpine area, offering stunning views and various points of interest along the way. The trail is an out-and-back route with a total distance of 12.769 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1746 meters, making it extremely difficult.
Starting at the trailhead, hikers will pass by the parking area before embarking on the journey. Just 0.04 kilometers from the start, there is a water feature where hikers can take a quick break. As you continue on, you will encounter an informative viewpoint at 0.03 kilometers from the start, providing interesting facts about the area.
Midway through the hike, at 3.02 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the viewpoint of L'Âne, offering a breathtaking panorama of the surroundings. As you approach the 5.23-kilometer mark from the start, you'll reach the Col du Bec, a saddle with a viewpoint overlooking the area.
Further along the trail, at 6.05 kilometers from the start, you'll find the peak of Bec de l'Aigle, offering a challenging but rewarding ascent.
