This hiking route takes you through the picturesque area of Söll-Salvenmoos. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 6.001 kilometers and an elevation gain of 357 meters, making it of moderate difficulty.
As you start your journey, you will come across a wayside cross located just 0.1 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. This historic landmark serves as a reminder of the cultural heritage of the area.
Continuing along the trail, at around 2.93 kilometers from the start, you will find a water source. This is a great spot to refill your water bottles and take a short break before continuing your hike.
At 2.95 kilometers from the start, you will pass by Hexenwasser, a popular attraction in the area. This is a great opportunity to explore and learn more about the local environment.
As you approach the 3-kilometer mark, you will find multiple restaurants and water sources along the trail. Alpengasthof Hochsöll and Bergrestaurant Gründlalm are both great options to stop for a meal and enjoy the panoramic views.
Near the end of the trail, at 2.99 kilometers from the start, there is a fountain where you can freshen up and relax before heading back.
