Welcome to the hiking route in the beautiful area of Danková. This trail offers a challenging hike with a total distance of 10.416 kilometers and an elevation gain of 387.0 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding adventure for experienced hikers.
As you start your journey, you will come across the Besník information point located 1.1 kilometers from the trailhead. Further along, at just 0.1 kilometers in, you will reach the Prameň Hrona spring. This is a great spot to take a break and enjoy the serene surroundings.
Continuing on the trail, you will encounter the Prameň Hrona spring again at the midway point, followed by a picnic site and shelter nearby. Be sure to refuel and rest before carrying on.
As you trek along, you will pass by a water source, a viewpoint offering stunning vistas, and several benches for resting. Keep an eye out for the Sedlo Besník information point, which is located 1.1 kilometers from the start.
At the turnaround point, you will reach Borovniak peak, where you can take in the majestic views of the area. Nearby, you will find Ondrejisko - Borovniak information point and a wayside cross, adding historical significance to your hike.
