Starting at Via Ferrata Parking N. 2, you will follow the trail towards the Refuge de Varan. Along the way, you will pass by drinking water sources at about 2.1 kilometers from the start, allowing you to refill your water bottle and stay hydrated during your hike.

At around 1.44 kilometers from the start, you will come across an information point where you can learn more about the area's history and geology. Continuing on, you will encounter benches for rest stops at 1.42 kilometers and 0.92 kilometers from the start.

As you approach the halfway point of the hike, at 2.1 kilometers from the start, you will reach the scenic Alpine Hut, Refuge de Varan. This is a perfect spot to rest and enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains before making your way back.
