Hiking : Voies Romaines - Chemin du Château

This challenging 8.099-kilometer circular hiking route, known as the Voies Romaines - Chemin du Château, offers beautiful views and a variety of points of interest to explore along the way.

Starting at the parking area near Lac de Pradelles, you'll begin your journey by passing by the tranquil waters of the lake. As you continue on the trail, you'll come across La Buvee du Lac, where you can take a break and grab a quick bite to eat. Further along the route, you'll reach Col de la Prade, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape from its saddle.

Midway through the hike, you'll encounter Pas de Mountserrat, providing a brief rest stop before continuing on. As you trek along, keep an eye out for the ancient ruins of anciennes glacières, offering a glimpse into the area's historic past.

For nature enthusiasts, there's a beach area nearby where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. Near the end of the route, you'll pass by Voies Romaines, an archaeological site showcasing Roman roads, adding a hint of ancient history to your adventure.
