Welcome to the hiking route at Cambridge Drive in Halifax! This super easy circular trail spans approximately 1.703 kilometers with no elevation gain, making it perfect for hikers of all skill levels.
As you begin your journey, you'll come across various points of interest along the way. At the start of the trail, you'll find convenient parking facilities to leave your vehicle before embarking on the hike.
Further along, about 0.15 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter the Shakespeare by the Sea – Office, where you can learn more about local theatrical productions. Continuing on, at approximately 0.24 kilometers from the start, you'll find a bench where you can take a break and enjoy the surrounding scenery.
As you reach the midpoint of the trail at around 0.58 kilometers, you'll find two drinking water stations to stay hydrated. Nearby, there are benches where you can rest and take in the natural beauty of the area.
Towards the end of the trail, at about 0.71 kilometers from the start, you'll come across the historic Prince of Wales Tower, a must-see attraction for history enthusiasts. Additionally, you'll find a bench and the Birch Tree Boulder rock formation for those interested in climbing.
