Welcome to the Sentiero del Masso vòto hiking route! This circular trail offers a 5.3-kilometer adventure through the picturesque area surrounding Vallombrosa. The route has an elevation gain of 348 meters and will take approximately 2 hours and 5 minutes to complete, making it of moderate difficulty.

As you start your journey, you will come across the charming Peschiera di Vallombrosa, a water feature situated just a stone's throw away from the trail. Further along, at around 0.4 kilometers into the hike, you'll encounter the impressive M. Cuccuruzzo peak, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

For those looking to recharge, a wilderness hut named Bivacco Vallombrosa is conveniently located about 0.2 kilometers from the trail. Additionally, a bar is situated right at the beginning of the route, perfect for grabbing a quick snack or drink before setting off.

Throughout the hike, you will also pass by various points of interest such as Il Paradisino viewpoint, a refreshing spring with drinking water, and a beautiful waterfall. Make sure to stay hydrated by refilling your water bottles at the available drinking water sources along the trail.
