This hiking route takes you along the Route de Sainte-Catherine, offering a picturesque and moderate 6.062-kilometer trek with an elevation gain of 77 meters. The trail is an out-and-back type, starting at a parking area near a picnic site.
As you begin your journey, you will pass by an information point providing insights into the area. Shortly after, you'll come across a wayside cross, adding a touch of historic charm to your hike. About 0.14 kilometers into the trail, you'll find a water source, perfect for refilling your water bottle.
Continuing onwards, at around 0.71 kilometers in, there's another water feature nearby, but slightly off the trail. Around the midway point, at 3.03 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter another on-trail water source.
As you make your way back, be sure to stop by the picnic site for a well-deserved break before reaching the starting point. Remember to bring an ample water supply and check the weather forecast before setting off on this enjoyable moderate hike.
