This extremely difficult 12.291 km out-and-back hiking route will lead you to the majestic Pic d'Escreins, offering breathtaking views and a challenging adventure.

Starting at Parking Les Escreins, you'll begin your journey with a steep ascent towards the peak. Along the way, at approximately 6.15 km from the start, you'll encounter the iconic Pic d'Escreins, a stunning natural peak that stands tall in the surrounding landscape.

As you continue on the trail, at about 4.16 km from the start, you'll find "sous la crête d'agnès," a spot that offers informative insights into the area's history and natural features.
