This challenging hiking route will take you through the stunning area surrounding Bad Step. Starting at Wrynose Pass, you'll make your way through diverse terrain, covering a distance of approximately 7.98 kilometers with an elevation gain of 432 meters. The hike is expected to take around 2 hours and 55 minutes to complete.

Along the trail, you'll encounter several points of interest. At the beginning of the hike, you'll come across the Three Shire Stone, a historic attraction marking the meeting point of three counties. As you continue, you'll reach Cold Pike, a prominent peak offering breathtaking panoramic views. Midway through the hike, you'll find various water sources where you can replenish your supplies.
