Welcome to the Nago-Creino hiking route in the historic area of the First World War. This moderate 4.585-kilometer out-and-back trail offers a mix of history and natural beauty, with an elevation gain of 293 meters.
At the beginning of your hike, you'll find a parking area for your convenience. As you make your way along the trail, about 2.29 kilometers in, you'll come across various historic ruins from the First World War. These ruins offer a glimpse into the area's past and provide a unique hiking experience.
Further along the trail, approximately 0.98 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter "Sat 0637" information point, where you can learn more about the surroundings. Continuing on, at around 1.86 kilometers from the start, you'll find "Sat 637" information point, providing additional insights into the area.
As you approach the midway point of the hike, at approximately 1.46 kilometers from the start, you'll come across a climbing area marked as "Maso Naranch" restaurant, where you can take a break and enjoy some sustenance.
Near the end of the trail, about 1.81 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the "Monte Brugnolo" peak, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
Throughout the hike, you'll also encounter "WWI ruins" and various viewpoints, adding to the historical and scenic charm of the route.
