Welcome to the Quellitzstausee hiking route!

This easy 3.4-kilometer circular trail takes you through the beautiful natural surroundings of the Quellitzstausee area. The trail has no significant elevation gain, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.

At the beginning of the hike, you will come across the Quellitzstausee, a tranquil water reservoir where you can pause and enjoy the peaceful scenery. As you continue on the trail, you will pass by several benches where you can take a break and soak in the beauty of the surroundings.

Midway through the hike, you will find the Gaststätte Hofmann, a restaurant where you can stop for a meal or refreshments. Near the restaurant, there is also a bar called Brennerei Pöllath, offering another dining option along the route.

Towards the end of the trail, you will encounter a shelter, providing a resting spot for weary hikers. From here, you can enjoy the final stretch of the hike before completing the loop back to the starting point.
