Welcome to this challenging hiking route in the beautiful area surrounding Krňovice. This circular route spans a distance of 9.684 kilometers with an elevation gain of 33.0 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding trek.
As you begin your journey, you'll come across a parking space at the starting point, providing easy access to the trail. Along the way, you'll encounter several points of interest. At around 0.05 kilometers from the start, you'll find an information point named Krňovice where you can learn more about the area's history.
As you continue, you'll spot a memorial dedicated to Josef Ettner, a forest ranger who met his fate at the hands of a poacher in 1891, located at 0.28 kilometers from the start. Further along the trail, at 0.38 kilometers, you'll come across the Podorlický skanzen Krňovice, a fascinating open-air museum showcasing local heritage.
Further into the hike, at 2.37 kilometers, you'll encounter information points highlighting the importance of the surrounding forest and its diverse flora and fauna. Beyond that, at 4.09 kilometers, another information point will provide insights into the wildlife that inhabits the area.
