This hiking route will take you to the beautiful Läuferspitze area, offering stunning views and a challenging trek. As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area where you can leave your vehicle before hitting the trail. Further along the trail, at approximately 4.38 kilometers in, you will reach the peak known as Läuferspitze, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

For climbers, there are several climbing routes available near the Läuferspitze peak, such as the Route Boreas and Route Zephyros. Additionally, the Hallergehrenjoch saddle provides a unique natural feature to explore along the way.

As you make your way back, you can take a break at the Gessenwangalpe viewpoint, located about 2.14 kilometers from the start, where you can enjoy a scenic rest stop. Along the trail, you will also find benches and information points for your convenience.
