This extremely difficult circular hiking route will take you through the breathtaking area of Vivac - Canal de la Pluma. The 12.563-kilometer trail offers an elevation gain of 809 meters and is estimated to take approximately 4 hours and 55 minutes to complete.
As you start your journey, you will come across La Plataforma, a parking area located right at the beginning of the trail. Further along the path, about 6.2 kilometers into the hike, you will find several water sources like the one at 5 kilometers mark, providing a much-needed refill for your water bottles.
Halfway through the route, at 4.75 kilometers, you'll encounter the impressive peak named Morezón, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Along the way back, you'll pass by shelters and another water source, providing rest and refreshment opportunities.
The trail also leads you to various peaks like Risco del Faccioso and Cerro de la Cagarruta, each offering unique sights and challenges. Additionally, there are several saddles and vivacs dispersed along the trail, providing shelter and resting spots for hikers.
