This extremely difficult out-and-back hiking route will take you through a 14.03-kilometer trail with an elevation gain of 797 meters in the beautiful area of Le Pichu. Make sure to pack plenty of water and check the weather forecast before you start.
As you begin your journey, you'll come across a parking area to leave your vehicle before hitting the trail. Around 7.02 kilometers into the hike, you'll find the stunning Le Pichu waterfall, a perfect spot to take in the natural beauty of the area. Further along the trail, at approximately 6.76 kilometers, you'll encounter an information point providing details about Le Pichu.
Around the midway point at 4.81 kilometers, you'll reach another informative area called Sentiers de Randonnée and Montchabert, offering insights into the surrounding terrain. As you continue, at about 1.64 kilometers, you'll find "La Vie en Moyenne Montagne" and "Montchabert Dessous," providing more information about the local area.
Finally, at just 0.09 kilometers from the start, you'll find another information point. Take your time to explore these points of interest while tackling the challenging terrain of the route.
