This hiking route takes you on a 9.37-kilometer circular journey through the picturesque area surrounding the Bassin de la Gorbelhe. The route offers a total elevation gain of 290 meters, making it a challenging trek that will take approximately 2 hours and 53 minutes to complete.

As you start your hike, you'll pass by La Taverne, a restaurant located just 50 meters from the trailhead, where you can grab a bite to eat before setting off. Further along the trail, at the 0.14-kilometer mark, you'll come across a historic wayside cross, a perfect spot to take a moment to appreciate the surroundings.

As you continue on, at the 1.57-kilometer mark, you'll have the opportunity to explore the archaeological site of Dolmen I de l'Arco del Pech, located just a short distance off the trail. This ancient site provides a fascinating glimpse into the area's history and is well worth the slight detour.

At around the 4.13-kilometer mark, you'll reach the beautiful Bassin de la Gorbelhe, a serene water feature that provides a peaceful backdrop for a rest stop or a picnic. From here, the trail winds its way back towards the starting point, passing by La Fresca, another restaurant where you can refuel before completing the loop.

While on the hike, remember to bring plenty of water, as the trail can be demanding, especially on hot days.
