This challenging 9.152-kilometer hike to Pozalón will take approximately 5 hours and 3 minutes to complete. The trail begins at a parking area and quickly ascends through the rugged terrain. Along the way, you will pass by notable points of interest such as Porro Cervaliza peak, located approximately 4.07 kilometers from the start.
As you continue on, you will reach Collado Porru Llagu saddle around the 4.16-kilometer mark, offering a picturesque resting spot. Around 2.71 kilometers into the hike, you will come across Fuente de la Vallina spring, providing a refreshing break. Finally, at around 4.58 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the stunning Pozalón peak, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area.
Due to the length of the hike and the significant elevation gain of 1175 meters, this route is considered difficult. It is important to come prepared with plenty of water, snacks, appropriate footwear, and to check the weather forecast before setting out.
