As you start your journey, you'll come across a parking area just a short distance from the trail. It is recommended to park your vehicle here before beginning the hike. Further along the trail, about 0.68 kilometers from the start, you will pass by two water sources where you can rest and refill your water bottles.

One of the highlights of this route is the Kreuzerhütte restaurant, located about 174 meters off the trail. This is a great spot to stop for a meal or a snack before or after your hike.
