Welcome to the hiking route on Via Arighiglio! This challenging 8.266-kilometer out-and-back trail will take you through the beautiful area with an elevation gain of 416 meters.

Starting from the parking area at the trailhead, you will embark on your journey. As you begin your hike, you will come across informational points providing insights into the surrounding nature. These points are located at 0.01, 0.34, 0.37, and 0.83 kilometers from the starting point.

As you continue on the trail, make sure to keep an eye out for the Rifugio Gherardi alpine hut, located 2.46 kilometers from the start. It serves as a nice resting spot and offers accommodation for weary hikers.

Along the way, you will also encounter several water points for refilling your bottles. These natural water sources are situated at 0.13, 0.63, 1.99, 2.7, 2.99, and 4.13 kilometers from the beginning of the trail.

For history enthusiasts, there is a memorial at 0.34 kilometers in, offering a moment of reflection.

As you reach the peak at 2.11 kilometers, take a moment to admire the stunning views before making your way back.

This hike is rated as difficult due to its length and elevation gain, so make sure to come prepared with proper hiking gear, plenty of water, and snacks. Check the weather forecast before setting out and always let someone know about your hiking plans for safety.
