This extremely difficult hiking route will take you to the stunning Hoher Riffler (Süd) peak in a remote and rugged area. The trail spans approximately 18.007 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1843 meters, making it a challenging but rewarding journey for experienced hikers.

As you begin your trek, you'll pass by the Vordere Malfonalpe cafe at around 3.37 kilometers from the start, where you can take a break and enjoy some refreshments. Further along the trail at 6.66 kilometers, you'll come across a natural water source for refilling your water supply.

Around the midway point of the hike at approximately 6.63 kilometers, you'll encounter an informational point and at 6.62 kilometers, you'll find the Edmund-Graf-Hütte restaurant and alpine hut for a rest and meal stop.

Continuing on, you'll reach the Blankascharte saddle at 8.87 kilometers, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Further on at 9.0 kilometers, you'll approach the Hoher Riffler (Nord) peak before finally reaching your destination at the Hoher Riffler (Süd) peak at 9.0 kilometers.
