This hiking route takes you through the stunning area surrounding Vzletišče Lijak. The 4.48-kilometer trail offers a moderate level of difficulty, with an elevation gain of 318 meters, making it a great option for those looking for a bit of a challenge.
As you start your hike, you'll come across the "Klopca" viewpoint, located approximately 1.65 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. This is a perfect spot to take a break and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
Continuing on, at around 1.45 kilometers into the hike, you'll reach the "Skozno" viewpoint and attraction. Be sure to stop here to take in the picturesque scenery and maybe even learn a bit about the area's history.
Further along the trail, at approximately 2.24 kilometers from the start, you'll come across the "Vzletišče Lijak" free-flying site, where you can watch paragliders take off and land. It's a unique sight that adds to the excitement of the hike.
Throughout the route, you'll also find various benches where you can rest and drinking water stations to stay hydrated. Just remember to bring plenty of water with you, as well as snacks and any other essentials for a safe and enjoyable hike.
