Hiking : Statue de la Vierge

This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area filled with natural and historical points of interest. The trail is relatively short, spanning 1.417 kilometers with an elevation gain of 71 meters, making it a super easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

Starting at the parking lot near Auberge du Lynx, you will pass by a fountain and a wayside cross named Croix de Mission. Further along the trail, you will come across the Statue du Sacré-Coeur and another wayside cross. As you continue, you will reach a viewpoint at the Statue de la Vierge, offering stunning panoramic views of the surroundings.

Throughout the hike, you will also encounter several information points providing insight into the area's history and landmarks. One interesting stop is the Grotte du Mouton Rouge, a cave entrance located midway through the trail.

It is advisable to bring plenty of water, especially on hot days, and check the weather forecast before embarking on the hike. With its short distance and minimal elevation gain, this route is perfect for a leisurely outdoor adventure.
